Due to issues with meeting notice from Toll, the Nixon Area Alliance has requested the December meeting with Toll Brothers be rescheduled for January.

Please bring forward information regarding ongoing or new issues related to North Oaks, the new development at the corner of Nixon, Green, and DhuVaren Roads. If you are noticing impacts to your land and property, especially new or changes to water, erosion, wetness, and silt or wildlife loss or impacts and dying trees, we ask you attend or notify the Board with details, if you can not attend. This meeting is part of the terms of the settlement on the contested DEQ permit for the construction of North Oaks and anticipated impacts to neighboring areas. Toll Brothers must address issues raised at these meetings to be held quarterly.
